From time to time there may be developments that require added information. This is the place to find information as they develop, the basic content of this Internet site shall remain. These Press Releases will save much time as it will help in an attempt to get updated.

Take note:

Unless approved, this family does not intend on answering any questions that may arise publicly. This family demands that all rights to privacy and a peaceful life are upheld by all media. The Plaintiff's family, on the other hand, would have been pleased to answer all questions and present evidence of fraud at a formal hearing. This is what all Canadians should be asking for, not more unsupported Judicial claims or Government back room deals. Any claims made by the media, judges, doctors or government that include all claims not presented as affidavit evidence, that has any added effect in futher publically humiliating or taking away the otherwise good reputation of the Plaintiff and his family will be pursued to the originator and the source. Added claims from any doctor that now claim to make more allegations of evidence that was not presented to the court or not before Justice Blair will be pursued for slander and liable. Only verifiable, measured and documented evidence that was before the court shall be acceptable, any doctor making not a fully supported claim publicly will be vigorously pursued. Justice Blair must produce the alleged doctor evidence that failed to appear anywhere and describe his exclusions of both law and evidence and his constructive elimination of evidence that included excluding an entire affidavit. Simply Justice Blair's impulsive attack on the Plaintiff's family does not hold water, he must be forced to explain.

Small Chk

Justice Richard Blair must be removed from the Supreme Court.

Justice Richard Blair must be made to answer questions.

Shame on British Columbia Supreme Court Justice Richard Blair. Fraud is claimed on issues of alleged consent and alleged evidence that failed to appear.
