Privy Council
The Right Honourable Jean Chretien
Prime Minister of Canada
Langevin Block
80 Wellington Street,
Ottawa, Ontario

Dear The Right Honourable Jean Chretien; Prime Minister of Canada:

I still have not received any word from the Government of Canada with respect to calling an inquiry into my case nor have I received any response to any of my letters.  I would be grateful for any response to my letters.  Please.

What is the official Government of Canada position?

Mr. Justice Blair was one of a select group of people who was invited and attended a dinner party held by a doctor at his home, this same doctor presented evidence that was adopted into judgement. Objections to this evidence were over-ruled by Mr. Justice Blair. Mr. Justice Blair did not step aside. The city where this dinner party was held has a population of about 82,000 people. Both Mr. Justice Blair and the doctor live here. It has been alleged by Mr. Justice Blair that his friendships with the doctors had no effect on his judgement.

I would be grateful to have answers to the following questions:

Normally is evidence that is presented by a friend of a judge considered a conflict?
How many other people attended the doctor's dinner party 10, 20 or 40 people maybe 100 people?
Out of 82,000 people who failed to attend the dinner party?
Generally who gets invited to in home dinner parties? Is it friends who attend?
Could this dinner party be simply considered as a chance for a free dinner?

This is all very disappointing.

I expect that the best course of action for everyone would be to down play the friendships.  Downplaying friendships will not take away an attendance at a private dinner party attended by a select group. And a judge not willing to step aside. Canadian law can also apply to judges and doctors in this same manner.

I would be grateful if The Canadian Judicial Council is not involved.

Yours truly,

Paul Post.nikoff

Shame on British Columbia Supreme Court Justice Richard Blair. Fraud is claimed on issues of alleged consent and alleged evidence that failed to appear.

Take Notice:

Underhanded and dishonest. Alleged evidence failed to appear anywhere. Without reasonable explanation and producing his alleged evidence, B.C. Supreme Court Justice Richard Blair is believed to be a Canadian Judicial Fraud who continues to hear cases today. B.C. Supreme Court Justice Richard Blair must produce the alleged evidence.

The Prime Minister and Chief Justice of Canada's claims of an independent court intended to suppress open scrutiny of Judge Blair and deprive this family's ability to question and present proof of misconduct and fraud. Government Cabinet Ministers who failed to assist in this case can be deemed without credibility on issues that affect Canadians.

Government of Canada, Prime Minister Jean Chretien.
The Canadian Judicial Council is a method of concealing corruption within Canadian Courts. Fraud is claimed on an alleged consent and alleged doctor evidence that failed to appear.
