Dear Hon. A Anne McLellan; Minister:

Re:        Post.nikoff v. White;   No. 32506,  Kelowna Registry
HONOURABLE JUSTICE RICHARD M. BLAIR (IN CHAMBERS)

Demand for immediate CEASE and DESIST in the posting of documents onto any Internet Web Sites that contain reference to MR. or MRS. POST.NIKOFF.
               
This letter is a formal request that the written reasons for judgement that appear on any trusted Government Internet web site and Search engines, including the British Columbia Supreme Court Web Page, and all other Internet Web Sites in which you refer to Mr. Paul Peter Post.nikoff or Mrs. Dianna Lynn Post.nikoff be immediately removed permanently.

It is our position that the Government of Canada, Mr. Justice Blair and the Province of British Columbia, with the posting of these documents onto any Internet web sites, have and are continuing to create harm to the otherwise outstanding reputation that once had been enjoyed by Mr. & Mrs. Post.nikoff and that this judgement is NOT supportable  by the Government of Canada and Mr. Justice Blair.

This continuing NOT SUPPORTABLE VERY PUBLIC SLANDER, character assassination and attacks on the integrity and the trustworthness of Mr. & Mrs. Post.nikoff is to stop immediately with the immediate removal of this material from all Internet web sites.
